Subscription and cancellation
Heat Premium is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Where to cancel depends on where you subscribed
- Subscribed on iPhone (App Store)
- Open Settings > your name > Subscriptions, tap Heat, then Cancel Subscription. This is the only path: by Apple's rules, we can't cancel it for you.
- Subscribed on Android (APK) or on the website
- Billing is handled by an external payment provider — AbacatePay in Brazil, PerfectPay elsewhere — not by an app store. Cancel via the link in your purchase confirmation email, or write to [email protected] with the email you used to buy.
