Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account on Heat, follow the instructions below.

How to request deletion

You can delete your Heat account in two ways:

In the app: Open My Profile and tap Delete account, at the bottom of the screen. Confirm on the next screen — deletion is immediate.
By email: Write to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your full name and the account email.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

If you subscribed on iPhone (App Store), cancel via Settings > your name > Subscriptions — deleting the account does not stop billing.

If you subscribed on Android (APK) or the website, cancel through the external payment provider named in your purchase confirmation email. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

What happens after the request

We confirm receipt of your request as soon as it arrives. Within 30 days, your account and associated data are permanently erased.

Data that gets deleted

This action is irreversible

Once deletion is confirmed, it is not possible to recover your account or the data associated with it.

Profile information: name, email, photo and preferences.
Game history: matches, scores and progress.
Custom app settings.
Usage and analytics data about how you use the app.

Before you delete, consider

Temporary deactivation: Contact Support to temporarily deactivate your account instead of deleting it permanently.
Privacy settings: Review the privacy settings inside the app to control what data is shared.
