1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Heat Game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the application.

We may update these terms periodically; relevant changes are announced in the app itself or by email.

2. Age Restriction

Heat Game is intended exclusively for users over 18 years old. By using the application, you declare you are at least 18, per the laws of your country of residence.

The app contains content aimed at adult audiences and is not appropriate for minors.

3. Service Description

Heat Game is an interactive games application for couples, with dynamics such as Truth or Dare, Kiss, Lick or Suck, Positions Game and Perfect Date, among others aimed at adult and intimate entertainment.

4. User Account

Some features require authentication via Google, Apple or Supabase. By creating an account, you agree to provide truthful information and keep your account and credentials secure.

Notify us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

The app may contain provocative and sensitive content. All use must be consensual between adults — Heat Game does not encourage any inappropriate or illegal behavior.

You may:

• Use the app for personal entertainment and share the experience with your partner.
• Give us constructive feedback.
• Contact support for technical assistance.

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to hack, decompile or reverse-engineer the app.
• Distribute viruses or malicious code.
• Share your account with third parties.
• Reproduce or distribute the app's content without authorization.
• Use the app if you are under 18.

6. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Heat offers paid plans (monthly and annual) with exclusive features. The subscription is recurring and renews automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, until you cancel.

Subscribed on iPhone (App Store)

Payment and cancellation are handled by the App Store, under Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

Subscribed on Android (APK) or on the website

Payment is processed by an external provider — AbacatePay in Brazil, PerfectPay elsewhere — not by an app store; cancel via the link in your purchase confirmation email or through Support.

Cancellation applies to future renewals: access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Price and currency may vary by country and payment method. The exact amount appears before you confirm the purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All Heat Game content — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software and design — is protected by copyright and belongs to Heat Game or its licensors.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the application available, but interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• System updates.
• Unforeseen technical issues.

On Android, Heat is distributed outside Google Play, via direct APK download from our website. This is the permanent Android distribution model, not a temporary situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Heat Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the application, data loss, service interruptions or technical issues with your device.

Use of Heat Game is at your own risk.

10. Termination

By you

You may stop using the application at any time and request account deletion by contacting support.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the application.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes are announced via in-app notification, email or an update to this page.

Continued use of the application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
